Was leery to buy a laptop replacement battery at a low price. This fits the Dell Inspiron 5555 and works like it is supposed to. So glad I made this purchase and now my husband is happy again since it is his computer

Battery is compatible with the OEM battery. A plus is the package came with tools to remove the screws on the original battery. The OEM screws are not your typical size and the heads are not your typical shape. Having the tools included helped a lot.

Got it on time, the packing materials could be better. It had 80% charged when I got it. So far it's working great, good Dyson V10 battery.

Battery came with a comprehensive set of instructions, how to install, how to calibrate and how to care for it in storage etc. Came in an anti static bag and nicely packaged. Followed the instructions and this morning said i was going to have 12 hours of useage given a very light work load.
